The resistance machines area allows you to conduct a weight-based workout safely enabling you to reach your full potential whilst training, whether you are a beginner or an advanced weight user. Kidz Klub in Cranford helps kids keep cool. The free weights area has a wide range of weights, benches and racks to help really work the muscle group you are trying to target. Plus they have a park for when your kids want a break from the pool. There is also a lap pool, a little bit deeper pool for the older kids & slides. The resistance area is split into two sections. There is a gated pool for babies - that is perfect for the 1-3 age group.
